For example, after demo we decide that it would be a good time to replace our old aluminum wiring. Derek was able to add that in a timely manner and obviously we knew there would be a cost change. Derek was always clear with costs and kept track of where we were at in payments.

Derek was also always on time and never seemed annoyed when we would ask questions about certain things before they were finished (I'm sure a homeowners and their kids sticking their head in and asking about various things can be irritating).

We love how our kitchen turned out and Derek even did a few Pinterest style things for us that were new to him. But they turned out excellent.

We are so happy with the kitchen remodel. Originally we were going to reface the cabinets because the house will be rented. However, after receiving 3 refacing bids and then Derek's bid from Timeless Finishes, Derek's full cabinet and countertop replacement bid was the same as our lowest refacing bid.
